Return & Exchange Policy — Ziva Threads

At Ziva Threads, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

• Product 7 days ke andar return kiya ja sakta hai.
• Product bilkul unused aur unworn hona chahiye.
• Product ko wash, damage ya alter nahi kiya gaya ho.
• Product apni original condition aur packaging mein hona chahiye.
• Tags, labels aur packaging (agar applicable ho) intact honi chahiye.
• Used, washed, damaged ya altered products return/exchange ke liye accept nahi kiye jayenge.

Exchange

Agar aapko wrong size, wrong product ya damaged product receive hota hai, to delivery ke 7 days ke andar humein contact karein. Verification ke baad exchange process kiya jayega.

Return Process

Return request ke liye humein 7 days ke andar contact karein aur apna Order Number aur return ki wajah provide karein. Hamari team aapko return process ke baare mein guide karegi.

Important Note

Due to hygiene reasons, used or worn body shapers, camisoles, bras, panties aur other intimate/wearable products return nahi kiye jayenge.

Ziva Threads reserves the right to reject a return if the product does not meet the above conditions.
